Booster Agreement

Effective Date: September 2022

By accepting orders through MMR-Boost.com, you agree to comply with the following Booster Agreement.

1. Eligibility

To become a booster, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a high-level rank for the game(s) you apply for.
• Provide previous boosting experience or records.
• Successfully pass our gameplay and skill assessment conducted by the MMR-Boost.com support team.
• Be able to communicate in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Have an active Discord account.
• Use a VPN whenever required to match the customer's server or region.

2. Independent Contractor

Boosters work as independent contractors, not employees of MMR-Boost.com. You are responsible for your own taxes, legal obligations, and local regulations.

3. Booster Responsibilities

As a booster, you agree to:

• Complete every order professionally and safely.
• Protect the customer's account at all times.
• Never use cheats, scripts, bots, or any unauthorized software.
• Avoid excessive or suspicious gameplay that could place the customer's account at risk.
• Follow the customer's selected preferences whenever possible.

If a customer's account is suspended or permanently banned due to your negligence, misconduct, violation of game rules, or use of unauthorized software, you will not be paid for that order. MMR-Boost.com may also withhold payment for future orders or require appropriate compensation after investigating the incident.

4. Customer Interaction

Boosters must not:

• Message customers outside the website order chat.
• Modify the customer's friends list or social features.
• Add customers on Discord, Steam, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other social media platform.
• Attempt to move customers away from MMR-Boost.com or accept private work.

Soliciting customers outside the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your booster account.

5. Professional Conduct

Boosters are expected to maintain a professional attitude at all times.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Toxic behavior
• Flaming or blaming teammates
• Harassment or abusive language
• Intentionally throwing games or match manipulation
• Any conduct that damages the reputation of MMR-Boost.com

Minor issues may result in warnings. Serious violations may lead to immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

6. Payments

• Booster payouts are processed twice each month on the 15th and 30th.
• A minimum of 5 completed orders is required before requesting a payout.
• A minimum payout balance of $50 USD is required before a payout can be requested.
• Payments are made via PayPal (preferred) or Cryptocurrency.
• Any customer tips are credited directly to the booster's account.

7. Confidentiality

All customer information, account details, conversations, and order information are confidential.

Boosters may not copy, share, sell, or disclose any customer information to third parties.

8. Agreement

MMR-Boost.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any booster account for violations of this Agreement.

By accepting work through MMR-Boost.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booster Agreement.
