Seller Terms & Conditions

By listing or selling products on MMR-Boost.com, you agree to comply with the following Seller Terms & Conditions.

1. Seller Eligibility

Sellers may list game accounts, in-game items, and game currency on MMR-Boost.com.

By creating a listing, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the product and have the right to sell it.

2. Listing Requirements

All listings must:

• Be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• Include correct descriptions and relevant information.
• Not contain duplicate listings.
• Comply with all applicable game rules and MMR-Boost.com policies.

MMR-Boost.com reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

3. Prohibited Products

The following products are strictly prohibited:

• Stolen or hacked accounts
• Fraudulently obtained accounts, items, or game currency
• Exploited or illegally acquired digital goods
• Any product that violates a game's Terms of Service or applicable laws

Violation of this section will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the seller account.

4. Delivery

Listings may be delivered automatically or manually.

For manual deliveries, sellers must complete delivery within 12 hours unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

5. Account Recovery & Seller Responsibility

If a sold account is recovered by the original owner or becomes unavailable due to the seller's actions, MMR-Boost.com will investigate the case.

If the seller is found responsible:

• Pending payouts may be withheld.
• The customer may receive a refund or replacement.
• The seller account will be permanently terminated.

Sellers are responsible for resolving disputes arising from inaccurate listings or misleading product information.

6. Payments

• MMR-Boost.com charges a 10% commission on every successful sale.
• Seller payouts are processed 7–14 days after successful delivery to help ensure the transaction remains secure.
• If a dispute or account recovery occurs during or after the holding period, MMR-Boost.com reserves the right to delay payouts until the investigation is complete.

7. Fraud & Misrepresentation

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information about any account, item, or game currency is strictly prohibited.

Any seller found engaging in fraud, scams, or intentional misrepresentation will have their account immediately and permanently terminated.

8. Agreement

MMR-Boost.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
