Terms of Service

Last updated: on publication. These terms govern your use of the MMR marketplace. By creating an account, purchasing, selling or boosting, you agree to them.

1. General

MMR is a marketplace connecting buyers with sellers of gaming accounts and boosters offering gameplay services. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.

2. Customers (Buyers)

• All purchases are processed through supported payment gateways. Prices are shown before checkout.
• Gaming accounts are digital goods sold "as described"; account details are delivered after payment is confirmed.
• Refunds and disputes follow the buyer-protection policy. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping delivered credentials secure and changing them where permitted.

3. Sellers

• Sellers must be approved before listing. You warrant that you own and may lawfully sell every account you list.
• Listings are subject to admin moderation and must be accurate. Misrepresented items may be removed and earnings withheld.
• A platform commission is deducted from each completed sale. Net proceeds are credited to your wallet.
• Payouts are requested via the withdrawals system and are subject to review and applicable limits.

4. Boosters

• Boosters must be approved for the games they wish to boost and follow the fulfilment policy and delivery timelines.
• You must protect customer account credentials, appear offline where required, and never make unauthorised changes.
• Commission is applied to completed orders. Failure to deliver, late delivery or misconduct may reduce earnings or lead to suspension.

5. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, chargeback abuse, sharing another user's data, circumventing the platform to avoid fees, and any illegal activity are prohibited and may result in permanent removal.

6. Liability

The marketplace is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMR is not liable for third-party game publishers' actions, account bans imposed by publishers, or losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact support with any questions.
