2. Orders & Payments

• Customers must provide all information reasonably required to complete their order.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide the correct server, region, and other required information.
• Keep account credentials secure and notify MMR-Boost.com of any unauthorized activity.
• Keep the account accessible when required for the service.
• Avoid changing account credentials or interfering with an active service unless instructed by MMR-Boost.com support.
• Cooperate with boosters, sellers, and support staff throughout the order.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Customers must not:

• Attempt to scam, defraud, or abuse MMR-Boost.com, its boosters, sellers, or other users.
• Ask or encourage boosters or sellers to conduct transactions outside MMR-Boost.com.
• Share an active order or account access with unauthorized persons.
• Intentionally interfere with an active service.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff, boosters, sellers, or other users.

Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, refusal of future services, loss of related credits, or permanent termination.

5. Service Results

MMR-Boost.com will make reasonable efforts to provide the service described in each order. However, specific results or completion times may depend on the game, matchmaking system, account status, game updates, server availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any specific guarantees will only apply where they are expressly stated in the relevant service description or order.

6. Game & Platform Rules

Customers acknowledge that each game or platform may have its own Terms of Service, rules, and restrictions. Certain services may involve activities that are restricted or prohibited by a game's rules, including account sharing or boosting.

MMR-Boost.com does not guarantee that a game developer or publisher will not suspend, restrict, or otherwise take action against an account. Customers are responsible for understanding and accepting the risks associated with the services they purchase.

7. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the MMR-Boost.com Refund Policy. Customers should contact MMR-Boost.com support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination, cancellation of active orders, and other appropriate action.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

MMR-Boost.com may suspend or terminate a customer account, cancel active orders, refuse future services, or take other appropriate action if a customer violates these Terms, engages in fraud, abuses the platform, or creates a risk to MMR-Boost.com, its users, boosters, or sellers.

9. Changes to These Terms

MMR-Boost.com may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective when the updated Terms are published on this page.

10. Agreement

By using MMR-Boost.com or purchasing any product or service through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Customer Terms & Conditions.
