Users or sellers who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their listings removed, accounts suspended, or accounts permanently terminated.
5. False or Abusive Claims
Copyright complaints must be submitted in good faith. Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in appropriate action.
